Contacted parts by phone from Newfoundland looking for replacement hinges for my High Country enclosed Skidoo Trailer. They went above and beyond to help me and shipped them to my door. I live in a rural area with an address that is hard to locate on google maps but that did not matter. They went out of their way to contact the post office and confirm a shipping address. Very much appreciated! Five ⭐️

Absolutely wonderful folks to deal with. Called at 430 to see if that had a tire for out trailer in stock because canadian tire was out of stock and other places weren't willing to stay open late. I think Olivia was the girls name I was dealing with. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable and helped us out a ton. We even had someone carry the wheel right out to the truck. Outstanding experience 100 percent recommend. Thankyou again guys for helping us out!

I was visiting family in Cape Breton and the heat was unbearable. Derrick and the sales guys helped us decide which trailer was best for our air conditioning needs. In the end, I bought one for me and one for my dad, Bruce gave us a good deal for. Picking up both. The guys at the shop, Eric and them, they gave us great advice as well. The delivery team was excellent, they helped us cut down some trees to fit it in the driveway - everyone there is very personable and friendly. Highly recommend this place!

I experienced a problem with my anti-sway hitch system, 1000's of miles from home. Bruce, the owner, met me at the door and in less than 15 minutes, Gary the technician had everything in ship shape. Great people, a nice store and quality repair facility. On top of that plenty of nice RV's on the lot for sale. 100% reccomend them.
